PROJECTLABS
Participants are coached by experts in a highly-charged, hands-on
accelerated learning environment. The workshop includes a well balanced
combination of rapid learning techniques including: computer simulation,
coaching, group discussions, reflection, and lectures. During the 5 day
workshop, participants support 60 service customers within a downtown
city service area of 100 square miles. The last years revenue was $1.4
million. They will confront and resolve an array of issues including the
challenge of supervising many diverse employee technician team members,
resolving schedule conflicts, reducing callbacks, increasing margin performance,
and other typical service business elements.
During the closeout
of a PROJECTLAB , participants reflect upon their actions and behaviors
during their exploration of best practices. They will develop personal
best theories, skills and behaviors to apply in their workplaces. With
a critical mass of like thinking colleagues, they will guide their organizations
towards project excellence. Many participants will also exclaim:
"This
is the best learning experience I've ever attended ...
... well worth my time"
